Workover Manager (4 Nos)

• The hoist/work over unit manager shall have a minimum of 7 years well intervention experience and a minimum of 2 years in a similar position.
• He shall possess excellent supervisory skill and have the ability to guide and motivate staff.
• As a minimum he shall have experience in ESP, PCP, gas lift, sucker rod and tubing pulling and running.
• He should also have an extensive knowledge of downhole completion equipment and a wide understanding of work over methods and practices.
• He shall also have knowledge of all the widely used milling and fishing equipment and experience in using them.
• Preferred degree /diploma in engineering. Adequate experience in lieu of education may be considered.
• IWCF Drilling supervisor level certificate (surface stack BOP) is mandatory.
• Fluency in English is must.
• Knowledge of Arabic language will be an added advantage.
